Purpose
This grievance mechanism allows employees, suppliers, contractors, local communities, and other stakeholders to report any actual or potential human rights violations or ethical concerns connected to our activities.

Scope
Grievances may relate to, but are not limited to:

  • Child labour or forced labour

  • Unsafe or exploitative working conditions

  • Discrimination or harassment

  • Infringement of indigenous or community rights

  • Environmental harm affecting human health

  • Retaliation against whistleblowers

How to Report a Concern
Grievances may be submitted through the following channels:

Reports may be submitted anonymously, and all concerns will be treated confidentially.

Process and Follow-Up

  1. Acknowledgement: Within 5 business days of receipt.

  2. Assessment: Initial review and classification of the grievance.

  3. Investigation: Fair and prompt investigation by an internal or independent party.

  4. Resolution: Appropriate corrective actions will be taken where warranted.

  5. Feedback: Where contact details are provided, the complainant will be informed of the outcome, subject to legal and confidentiality constraints.

Non-Retaliation
We strictly prohibit retaliation against any individual who submits a grievance in good faith.
